Nine Inch Nails 2009 Tour DVD – ThisOneIsOnUs.org

On 5th May, 2008, Nine Inch Nails released their latest album, The Slip, free online, as a gift to their fans… or as Trent put it: “This one’s on me.”

On December 13th, 2008, dozens of Nine Inch Nails fans recorded the last show in the Lights In The Sky Tour at Planet Hollywood, Las Vegas.  By working together, we aim to create a DVD to document this show that will be released free online, and possibly as a not-for-profit physical release.  This one, is on us.  Our time.  Our effort.  Our present to all NIN fans.

Well TOIOU or should I say Another Version of the Truth is at the stage now where we need to publicise the release to the masses.  How can you help?

- post this image, this image, this animation or this video to your website/blog
- link to the website on your site/social networking account
- create your own trailer and put the logo/url at the end
- create your own poster using the “thisoneisonus” logo and the chosen title
- make badges, t-shirts, stickers, flyers, moo cards
of the logo/website and distribute them at gigs, clubs, and bars. Ask
local shops if you can leave a pile of freebees on the counter.
- Do you sell NIN things on eBay?  Mention us!
- Slip subliminal messages into your work meetings and coursework assignments (ok, not really)
- Digg us!
- Add us to technorati, de.li.ci.ous anything you can get your hands on!
- Join the Facebook group and post it to your profile!
- Join the MySpace group and post it on your blog!

The new Hot Chip album, Made in the Dark, is VERY VERY good, sexy even.
Thought that was noteworthy. I’m a supporter of their unique sound. I wish they’d tour the US.
